We help people build their capacity through tailored volunteering placements and employability schemes that align with their personal ambitions.

We facilitate two-way integration, ensuring that both refugees and local communities grow together, exchanging skills, culture and understanding to create a more cohesive and supportive society.

    Employability programmes

    We run employability programmes in partnership with organisations such as CAF Rail, Dance City - The Seven Bridges Café, providing our clients with valuable opportunities to gain skills and experience.

    These programmes help prepare individuals who cannot yet work to build confidence, develop workplace knowledge and get ready for future employment.

    During these sessions, we connect with the community we work with in an informal setting to get to know one another better. We offer a variety of activities, including cooking classes and board games.
