IAA (OISC) accreditation secured
WERS is now officially accredited by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), formerly known as the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
With this accreditation at Level 1 for Asylum and Protection (IAA Ref: N202432188), we can now expand the support we provide to our clients.
What this means for our clients?
Our accreditation enables us to assist with a range of important applications and updates, empowering refugees and people seeking asylum with access to key services.
Here’s what we can now do:
Applications for Leave-in-line or Refugee status for children
I am so pleased we can now support clients with applications for Leave-in-line or refugee status for children of refugees and people with Humanitarian Protection.
– Tarik, Support Worker
Applications to Vary Conditions
I am delighted we are now able to support our clients with applications to vary conditions attached to Leave or Bail, such as the right to work, the right to study, and notifying the Home Office of a change of address.
– Mimi, Support Worker
Thank you
We are grateful to our friends at Refugee Action, North East Law Centre and the wider Justice Together Initiative for their support in securing this accreditation.
