WERS Values!

After a few incredibly successful discussions with our advisory panel we have updated our values to reflect the what is important to WERS going forward.

We heard some great ideas at our meetings but managed to narrow our values down to six areas; equity, compassion, changemaking, inclusion, integrity and creativity & innovation.

We believe these six areas are reflective of our current staff, advisory panel and volunteers and what we are looking for in anyone who is involved in WERS in the future.
